By accessing or using Kelvi's services at kelvi.in, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

Kelvi provides an AI-powered customer support automation platform. Our service allows businesses to create AI agents trained on their own knowledge base, deployable across websites, WhatsApp, and other channels.

3. User Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our service to:

  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations
  • Transmit harmful, offensive, or misleading content
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems
  • Distribute spam or unsolicited communications
  • Infringe intellectual property rights of third parties

5. Payment & Billing

Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge if you have concerns.

6. Intellectual Property

Content you upload remains yours. You grant Kelvi a limited licence to process your content solely to deliver the service. Kelvi's platform, brand, and technology remain our intellectual property.

7. Limitation of Liability

Kelvi is provided "as is". We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the preceding 3 months.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to the service will cease and your data will be deleted within 30 days unless otherwise required by law.
